Yes, all shipping is tracked, and you’ll get the tracking number by email!

We provide a 1-year warranty on all Qrov products. This warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects but excludes damages from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or modifications.

Typically, we ship orders placed on our store the same day. However, it may take up to 48 hours to receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. 

If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 48 hours, there might be an issue with your order, such as missing information or an incomplete address.

Usually it takes 4-8 days but it may vary and depend on the shipment’s origin and destination. For detailed tracking of international shipments, use your tracking number at https://t.17track.net/en

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing. Orders may be held until duties and taxes are paid, depending on the destination country. As the importer/consignee, you are responsible for covering any duties and taxes. We cannot refund customs fees or additional charges for delivery.

Once your package is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If you discover an address error, contact the last-mile carrier to request rerouting to the correct address.

You can also provide the carrier with specific delivery instructions to assist in successful delivery. For any further help or if you encounter issues, please reach out to our customer support team for additional assistance.

Tracking updates can vary by destination country. Often, the order is still on its way and should arrive on time or with only a minor delay. If the shipping time exceeds our estimated timeline by more than 15 business days, please contact the courier directly.
